There's Legend of Grimrock. It's real time, tile based first person dungeon crawler. You have a party of four though, crammed into one tile.

I find the question hard to answer myself. I believe I'd be willing to replace anything as long as I still appeared human. It gets complicated when thinking about the brain being replaced. When do I stop being me?
I'm not a fan of base building in games. Hopefully, it's never required for anything. I hope it's fleshed out and enjoyable for the people who like that sort of thing though.
