There was some original content, there is offline play, ad removal, however they should allow premium to skip sponsor ads too if you ask me.
I thought it was a decent deal for $15/mo for family of 3 using it for music and yt. $23 is pushing it.

Works on my wife's magsafe charger, and the PD chargers just fine (I have not tested on all three we own but it works on the one I've used). But it is weird that previous versions of this case worked on my Google friendly charger. The fact that another magsafe P8P case also works on that charger I listed just makes me wonder what they did different and wanted to share.
worth checking out https://grayjay.app/. It's new, but comes from Futo/Louis Rossman. It's in alpha/beta right now but the concept is pretty neat. Think of it as the Pigeon/Trillian of instant messengers. (do need android I believe)
I pay for YT premium, but downloaded GrayJay yesterday. one thing I noticed is even when signed into YT, and having the plug-in slider checked to report usage my History is not getting updated.
I primarily watch YT so I actually don't mind paying for it. YTM is also my primary streaming music, but I like what Louis and Futo are doing. I also installed their voice app which works damn good. The only downside is I haven't found a good privacy aware foss keyboard that is 'ok' and has swipe typing. I swipe enough that it's annoying. (gboard won't allow you to switch to a different voice-text app)
The charger I've owned for a little while, and it's probably long past the return period.
The case I'll keep since I have 3 PD chargers in our cars and one with the clip mount on my motorcycle that I use quite a bit.
I played Around with trying different positions tonight and that charger does not like the PD case :( the phone will charge on the buds pad laying flat with the PD case on.
It also charges with my wife's magsafe charger. So overall it seems to just be the on wireless charger, unfortunately it's one I used semi often.
Ya my PD case for the P7P has charged on anything I've put it on so far. I am not sure where the problem lies with the P8P setup but the stand I have now is no longer working. :(
I am also seeing lag when going 'back' in Lemmy using Liftoff app.
Living longer and rising in price.
I'm generally pretty easy on phones but as the price keeps rising, I get more worried about dropping them!
Mine seems very similar toy 7pro. I can't remember if that was better or worse than my 5. But I'd say at least "normal" for the last couple pixels I've had.
While I do get it, they shouldn't need those sponsors if I'm paying to watch their videos. If YT is injecting ads to pay them.
It's two sources of ads for the viewer, who can only pay to remove one of them
It's a shitty model for everyone.
