It is at 1gb, I cleared it just now. But this was noticable right away when first using this phone.
With the cold, you've gotta just keep running from summer, through fall into winter and you acclimate with the weather. I never really experience any breathing issues in the cold. once it gets down below 20°f I start putting aquaphor on any exposed skin (cheeks/lips/nose).
I don't generally run "at night" but as winter hits, I run in the dark for sure. Lots of lights, including a head lamp. I actually feel more visible to cars running at night, but generally it's associated with winter and colder temps too.
I have never really had issues with "red 11" (aka nipple issues) running, and also quite enjoy running in the rain. A light rain can be a quite enjoyable.
I've run in Toronto (Brampton area) before. I've been up there for work a few times. Looking on Garmin connect, seems it was back in 2017 :)

I ran with a local store for a few years as part of marathon training. During that ramp up of my running I learned to run in just about anything. I've run in single digit temps, snow, lightening, dark... Just about everything :)
There's always an excuse to not run, getting through those excuses is the trick.
Once, our running group (there was only a handful of us) helped a car get up a hill. It was stuck in the snow haha.
Ya,. running in the cool/cold is definitely easier on the body. But boy is it harder to get out of the house! :)
A bit over 23 miles this week. I try to average around 20 miles/week or around 1k/yr. I'm actually a little shy and will have to push my numbers up a bit to make it this year!
I just installed boost to see if it is doing it. In the little bit of usage it seems ok. I've been quite happy with Liftoff and hope it's something that can be fixed
I haven't heard any more from them.
I'm hoping that now, after 26 years, I'm in the clear! But as I already said, I know exactly where my kidney is, and if it makes a cramp I start sweating!
Yes, and no... My Kidney stone, and later introduction to "Gout", or in my case pseudo Gout were calcium not uric acid related. Generally speaking Kidney Stones/Gout are attributed to dietary lifestyle.
It appears that my genetics/bloodline has a weird thing where around the mid 20's we get Kidney Stones and/or Gout. My father had a single incident of Kidney stone when he was in his mid 20's. I have a couple uncles who also did. I'm not 100% sure on them also having 'Gout'. At any rate, I had this pseudo gout a handful of times over the next couple years, but so far only the single kidney stone.
They wouldn't give me anything stronger until I was admitted. I was given Dilaudid once I got a room and then I left the room (mentally) :)
As a fellow Kidney Stone Alumni, I approve of this treatment. I got the unfortunate opportunity to discover I'm mostly immune to Morphine during this event. I learned this while in the fetal position on the floor of a small room off the ER at the local Hospital.
Fun times... This was when I was 26, and now at double that age, I still 'perk up' if i get a cramp in my Kidney. That doesn't happen very often, but I do know exactly where my kidney is, and if I get a pain there I quickly start thinking... Oh no, please no!
It has seemed to work on less and less sites for me recently, to the point that I do not visited it as often as I used to.
But that tweet does sound like pretty bad news...
