I believe mine are 2XU. They're hard as hell to get on / off :)
I have some that are full socks that I've used during Yamacraw (50k) partially for the compression, partially to help keep crap out of my socks :)
The first half of that has a number of water crossings, and usually I'll swap into a second set of dry socks/shoes at my drop bag.
I have also worn the calf sleeves the next day after a big run for recovery also.
I use/like "Radar Scope" it is a radar, not forecasting app.
I generally do not run with them however when I was training for and running longer distances I would tend to wear them on those longer runs (15+ miles) mental or not , not sure but I felt like they help with fatigue.
Also in colder weather I've worn them to just keep my calves warmer / seemingly help with early tightness.
For me personally they're not like night and day difference but they do have use case that seem to help.
Oh ya for sure. I deleted my account, and moved here never intending to look back. I have clicked on a couple reddit links since I left but I really try not too. Like I'd say 5 times maybe. In the end if I need info and that's the only place...
I just, don't visit reddit anymore.
Problem solved...
I removed my account a few years ago when they moved a bunch of features behind their paywall. I'm perfectly fine just using Garmin's built in 'news feed' and tracking without giving my data to another company.
The pteg failed (sheered off near the "head" of the bolt/stud. The flat washer like heads were all still attached.
I had to replace the panel, and just went with SS screws right into the fiberglass. I also tape the leading edge during transport.
I'm guessing air got up under the front lip and just poof off it came. In my case these were fairly small which I'm sure didn't help my case.

I made flat head bolts out of pteg for solar panel mounted to my sailboat and while towing it to the lake they ripped out :( (and I lost the panel)
I made the bolt head like a flat washer so I could glue it to the boat then set the panel on it and secured it with a pteg nut.

So, before reading the comments I copied a bit of text and was literally going to say "so, DEI" which is of course is one of the huge complaints with GOPers
Supporters of the measure say it will make universities more accepting of conservative students and academics. But many professors worry the law could put their careers in jeopardy for what they say, or don't say, in the classroom.
Quite rich...
Ya, a self fixing problem in the end. The only crappy part is they'll take down immune compromised people that need others to be functioning parts of society.
why is incognito transmitting anything to anyone. Glad I switched to FF a while back.
