I can turn my Samsung smart TV on & off over the network with Home Assistant. You could probably also do it with an IR blaster.

Is there a way to leverage a ring camera as a motion sensor to set off turn on a light? in c/homeautomation@selfhosted.forum

If you have an Alexa device and have it connected to Ring & Hue, you could create a routine to do this.
