Wikileaks and Assange have both tried to sell themselves as whistle blowers fighting for truth and while they have revealed evil and wrongdoing. They utilize Russian information networks and specifically place focus on the US.
In anyone reasonable's eyes you would tell Assange isn't a whistle blower, he is a player in the game and WikiLeaks is literally just another propaganda outlet like the rest of them that tries to act differently.
This is a poor argument and you know it. It is just a false dichotomy.
The same can be said about imprisonment, homelessness, slave wages/being poor and dying early.
No there is no acceptable amount.
But when people commit crimes that are extremely foul I think there needs to be a finalization. It is wrong to just let them continue

He's basically a tattle-tale so he can benefit. Not a whistle-blower with the intent to help people like Manning or Snowden. He's just an asshole.
I disagree, taking people's lives especially premeditated like this surrenders your rights to our society in my book. And for some people, they don't get to just live in a prison forever.
If the state had the ability to end his life a week before he killed, the minute he was attempting to kill or an hour after he killed would you still say they had no right then?

He sold away his whistle blower status in my book when he was attempting to manipulate elections and wasn't being 100% truthful

people who are a threat to themselves or society need to be locked up, monitored and rehabilitated.
simultaneously we need to repair the way we monitor and rehabilitate people because there is a need to do that in society.
