Chard and Beets are the same plant, one just specced into the root bulb part (beets). Also chard came first!

I’m smart and cute and nice, but I have ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety and my immune system hates itself. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t have those though 🤔

Easier said than done but try not to beat yourself up! Sometimes it literally just isn’t gonna happen, our brains are built differently :)

To get a crust on any meat, simply dry the surface of the meat as much as you can. Also with a cut like pork chop, pull the chop at like 145 or so. I’m sleepy but you can look up a temperature over time bacterial chart for answers, then target doneness based on what works best for that type of meat. You pull early because residual heat will keep cooking the meat as it rests (unless you slice it right then). If you’re ever in danger of it overcooking just pull and slice immediately to stop any carryover cooking.

Same, I’ve wanted to do the rail stuff even though I know it’s not as nice as in Europe etc, but it’s prohibitively expensive to do the sleeper cars. I still want to save up for one eventually and I think VIA gives discounts sometimes

The entire family on both sides now! We still use FaceTime for video sometimes as it is also E2EE and seems to be much less often blurry than signal video.

I would also say sodium chloride is not terrible for your body at all. Literally required for almost every cellular function
