Sometimes stressful dreams help me work out stressful problems, or at least condition my limbic system to take stress in waking life in my stride a little more. Still a pain in the arse tho lol

I'd prefer an article pointing out the rapidly aging Russian population and the fact RusGov won't be able to afford their pensions, an issue which has swung more elections in Russia than anything else. Some have suggested this was the main driver behind the invasion of Ukraine and I'm inclined to agree.

IF the property is sold. In the meantime little or no tax is paid by the owner, and millions of people are priced out of the market. The owner however can borrow against the higher estimated value of their property and purchase more property to pull the same moves again. Wealth concentrates towards the rich, inequality increases.
