Hur is a Republican. Garland picked him to pacify the Republicans. His opinion of Biden doesn't mean anything to me.
That intersection looks awful also. E 8th N is right there. Imagine trying to follow directions:
"Go South on N 6th St E and as soon as you pass E 8th N turn west on E 6th St N."
This is all according to Robert Hur, a Trump era federal prosecutor who was trying to box Biden in on something he could charge him with. Seems likely a case of Biden using the "I don't remember" response enough to piss Hur off. His opinion of Biden means very little to me.
