Rights are a social construct in my view, and thus rely on both superstructute and material base (a la gramsci), and are "fake" in that they are not materially essential, but real in the impact of this superstructure on material organization and this material base on superstructural organization.
Taking your job this deeply unseriouly to outsource attention to a robot really rubs me the wrong way. Fuck I wish we had some kind of system that prioritized good human work and not bullshit optimization of bullshit jobs where triple booking meetings is even considered, let alone encouraged
