Well for starters, the suggestion that everyone was part of the same tribe. If tribes had differences with eachother, how do you think that played out

I think you have a pretty romanticized idea about how society was run 20.000 years ago

I think it´s funny people seem to have such strong negative opinions of the Oslo accords when apparently not being overly burdened with the actual details.

Everything about Oslo was explicitly aimed at untying the knots and removing the roadblocks that began to make a path back to a two state solution and thus to peace impossible after the first Intifada. It might not have jumped directly to the final end goal, but it consisted of the essential first steps to get there.

And sure, that included Rabin using language to soften the message to hardliners. Didn´t fool them though: they understood perfectly what it meant and murdered him for it.

He "took over government for a few years" because Rabin was murdered?

Sounds like you're very eager to leave out a few small details here and there lol

edit for those interested: Peres was up 60-40 in the polls 2 months before the election, until Hamas' massive bombing campaign managed to turn that around into a 49.5-50.5 loss on election day. Posters like Saleh are so heavily invested in pushing for polarization that they are more than willing to lie about the history that led us here

It´s interesting you mention Oslo in this regard. Hamas´ sabotage of Oslo brought Netanyahu to power, burying a two state solution once and for all.

Oslo wasn´t a lie for Rabin, Peres or the 50+% of Israelis supporting them. But Palestinian fascists managed to force the trolley onto the other track.
