I did a jog this morning (outside) and my watch clocked my HR in zone 5 for practically the whole thing. Is this normal? I definitely felt like I could keep going, though my joints were starting to get tired. I don’t feel like I was going at a fast pace either, I think I’m pretty slow.

I normally do treadmill jobs and the same thing happens. I had an EKG earlier this week and everything looked normal.
