The people have to exit the portal at the same speed they enter, otherwise they'd have to be squished or something weird.

If 1cm of person enters in 1 second, 1cm of person needs to leave in that second, the only other options are that part of the person disappears or gets compressed to less than 1cm.

0 to the power of anything is 0

0^3 = 0

0^2 = 0

0^1 = 0

0^0 = ?

Technically it's undefined, but in most contexts you're dealing with n^0 rather than 0^n, so it's easier to just say it's 1.

Googling tells me they'd both have approximately the same wavelengths (depending on the speed of the neutron), so I guess it's probably that gamma rays would interact more strongly with electrons?

I frequently end up shirtless and embarrassed in those dreams. Hopefully they stop as I transition further.

I'm also curious if anyone else experiences that.

I'll never understand people who tell you you're being happy the wrong way.

Then projects would just not update to the new standard, pretty easy solution. Is webp even changing anymore?

And how would Google start collecting license fees? They already give away this IP, so they can't just undo that.

What are they gonna do, add proprietary extensions? Nobody will support those. It's open, and it only works by being open. It's actually in Google's interests for it to be open, widespread, and an effective format because it saves them bandwidth and improves UX on their actual proprietary stuff like YouTube.

X has network transparency, that's why I can go to x.com. Bet you can't go to wayland.com!
