I definitely don't.
Joycons are the worst controller anyone has ever made, and making it remotely usable isn't any smaller.

I'm saying they are probably being charged some portion of website sales specifically by the vendor of the web service provider. Which realistically makes sense, because regular online retail already almost always takes a percentage and there are significantly stronger regulatory requirements around anything medical.
It probably is costing them more because they're paying some obscene license to a third party for the online software.
They also buy, but I haven't used them. The couple things I don't still use have been passed on to friends or family.
I mostly buy from KEH. They're not going to give absolute steals for prices, but I've been consistently happy with what I've received relative to the listed grades, personally.
I'm not as comfortable buying from individuals, because the downside risk of a huge hassle if a less formal deal has an issue isn't worth it to me.
This topic isn't about assault vs battery. This topic is about sexual assault.

The one that also tells you California uses the terms interchangeably?
I gave you the relevant jurisdiction and two major US ones. In all three cases, it cannot be sexual assault without actual sexual contact with the victim.
Regular assault isn't relevant here.

You can look at other jurisdictions, but physical contact is core to the definition.
It can't be sexual assault.
[Edit: Sexual] Assault is physical contact.
Yep.
A few games overdo it, and a decent number don't really use it, but when games do, especially with the precision vibration, the feedback provides a crazy amount of information without overwhelming the screen with it.
He was memeing that buying the 5% of the games the Switch has would cost just as much as buying everything on Steam.
