I love that clear screw driver he is teasing.

Thank you for the response. I think that help faq is outdated. I can't find where to specify a folder. I'm not sure if they removed it or moved it else where.
If you have the luxury I would suggest getting another cheap used computer and distro-hopping. Maybe get a cheap think-pad off ebay.
That is awesome! Now I'm missing r/cyberdecks though.
I was in the "they should just build one themselves" camp until I watched the video. That door with the knife connection and the other stuff is crazy lol. I'm hyped for the lab.
I want r/aquariums, r/plantedtank, r/walstad, r/[the city I live in], r/[state if live in], r/mylittlepony, r/myilttlehmmmm, r/hmmmm, these are just the ones im missing the most.
I'm planning to get a new laptop sometime in the next year or so and I cannot decide between a system76 or a framework laptop. I'm kind of leaning toward the new amd frameworks now. Also this video is just plan fun.
I said ubuntu but I'm actually mostly running pop-os and the pop shop installed them as flatpak. I've been switching between the two alot lately.
I've been installing all my software on Ubuntu using the flatpaks because they are mostly up to date. They definitely have there downsides. I keep trying to save renders in blender and exports from draktable in my /tmp/ folder but it doesn't work right because of the isolation. Also running those programs from the command line or trying to run scrips included with darktable is a real pain in the butt.
Maybe, I'm a little worried about small instances disappearing. I'm not sure what happens to my account and contents.
