In general, yes. But the contact here is minimal. I wouldn't be worried.
The point is that we should try to stop using euphemistic language around rape. It happens all the time, and it lessens the impact of the act for the reader. We should be explicit.

This was done to me. I have leftover skin flaps under my tongue that don't bother me at all. Never even think about them. I do think it gave me a slight under bite due to my tongue pushing against my lower teeth.
