I have no experience with Miyoo, but people love their stuff. Personally, I really like everything I've gotten from Anbernic. I just bought a couple of their new wireless controllers and they're great.

That one's tough. I went in blind when the steam version released and had a blast. The actual "game" part is not challenging once you figure out the basics. The fun of it is the stories that spring up that are mostly out of your control.
So, I'd say going in blind, but being open to asking questions or googling specific things is a great way to play it.
I got to go to Ireland last year. It was great. Everyone was lovely.
Except for the tiny roads, flanked by by penny walls with no shoulders, and traffic going 80kmh. That i didn't love.
Everything else was awesome, though.

Which is what I'm kinda getting at. It's always going to be up to the individual. Unfortunately there's no way to force any kind of consensus.
I think there's a shorter way to say this.

I literally just tonight tried to move some virtual disks and mounts around on a VM and caused it to become unbootable.
Luckily I had all the important configs backed up with rclone so it was easier to just recreate the VM for me.
And they're going to release a console. Named the X Machine.

If they drove their personal vehicles with their license plates, they might be identifiable by the public. I know I'd try to figure out who the vehicles belonged to.
I have no love or brand loyalty, but the color laser printer i have from HP has been great. I've had it a little over three years, and when I bought it, printers were hard to find. So I couldn't get a Brother at the time.
