I meant which EU plug do you think is better? There are multiple.

OK....but which one? Lol.

They're all functional, but the UK's Type G plug is the best of all plugs out there IMHO. I'm a Yankee and our plugs are fine, but the shutter design and built in fused plugs of the Type G are just.......chef's kiss.

Ahsoka was a Commander. Not a General.

Only Jedi Knights and Masters could be Generals. Ahsoka never became an official "Knight" under the Order (although she far exceeded many of the "Masters" on the council). If it wasn't for the Jedi Council being dumbasses, she likely would have had her trials to become a Knight shortly before she left the order.

I have faith of the heart that people will come around to Enterprise.

Honestly, if it didn't have a laugh track, it'd be a much better show.

Ironically, Young Sheldon was a better show.

I get where you're coming from, but I loathe talking on the phone. I love talking to my wife, but we do that when sitting down for coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Are you me? I've been studying for my AWS Cloud Architect cert for....two years. I'll finish the training material eventually 😂.

Yeah you've basically described how I read books I enjoy.

Harry Potter, Red Rising, The Lunar Chronicles, The Hunger Games.......all books I blew through in days and immediately had that "it's all over" funk afterwards where the world feels so much less interesting than the one my head was in for the last glorious 72 hours.

My wife and I have had our location shared with each other for years, but it's not a "Are they cheating?" thing. I have been married for 14 years and never wonder if my wife is cheating on me. It's just incredibly useful for seeing how far away one of us is from home to do things like plan dinner prep times, know where to look for a lost phone, etc. If you can't trust your SO, there is something wrong that you need to address and micro-managing where they are is toxic.

Also, do yourself a favor and use something open source and/or self hosted. Home Assistant, for example, has the ability to track location data for iOS and Android devices and pin that location to a map. Don't give your location data to corporations to be used for data mining.

Call me old fashioned, but I put it in the same bucket as a prenup: If you're always prepping your heart and mind for a split, you'll always have one foot out the door. Not everyone will agree with me, but that's how I feel and it's why I don't have one. Find yourself someone who is ride or die, if you are looking for a lifetime partner. Don't settle for someone you can't trust with your life.

That said, not everyone is looking for monogamy for the rest of their life, either, and that's OK, too.

Lol yup. Peak 'tism moment.

Colbert had a monologue a few days before being cancelled calling Paramount's settlement a bribe.

Hey all!

I'm currently looking to upgrade my Radeon 6600 8GB GPU in my primary gaming rig and I'm currently torn between the Radeon 9600 XT 16GB, which is a "known variable" or the Intel B580 12GB. Obviously, the B580 is around $75-100 cheaper comparing MSRP to MSRP and I've been seeing both pop randomly into stock the last few weeks where I could nab either with a properly timed deal alert.

I'm wondering how all of you Intel Battlemage gamers on Linux have been enjoying your cards. I know Intel has done a lot of work to make it work well on Linux, but there is MUCH less coverage of performance on Linux than on Windows. Most stuff I see is from launch time, which is 6+ months ago, and I know driver support has gained a lot of ground since then.

My primary rig is an AM4-based system with a 5800X CPU, so REBAR and PCIe 4.0 are not a problem for me.
