Very nice. Our company just moved to flex PTO so a bit closer to that, but I'm a little suspicious that it may just be similar ro bow people like me feel guilty using too much PTO and end up using less on flex/unlimited plans. Before this recent change sick days were definitely taken out of PTO, and AFAIK not protection to nearly that degree by law, if at all.

So. Guess what I'm allergic to...

My issue with "You will eat bugs" isn't eww, it's "Guess I'll die."

When my new CEO (smaller company, like 50 employees maybe) found out I hadn't used my PTO he told me to start taking some days off for my mental health, and my direct manager agrees. I like a lot of things about my current employment, I just mostly need more pay now, and I get paid pretty well compared to some.

People speak weird all the time, and LLMs are trained on people. Some aren't native speakers, some just like to omit verbs, nouns, or tenses when it seems obvious and they want to be expedient, some just do it for fun or laziness (see, l33t speak and or early texting, typos).

LLMs are trained on human input, so of course it on occasion uses our bad habits. Thinking like your comment suggests is what gets people who really wrote their own stuff in trouble, because people think they can identify stuff like this more than they actually can.

Bankston? Mark Bankston? Mark Bankston who informed Alex Jones he had his whole phone to his face on the stand? Mark is excellent, if you haven't you should listen to some of the Formulaic Objection episodes of Kowledge Fight, which goes over the depos of Infowars in their Sandy Hook lawsuits. First Episode they had less details, but episodes 2, 4-7 or so have Mark and his cocounsel Bill raking those idiots. They're very entertaining.

I'm pretty sure the mom is kneeling right next to dad. She's short, but she has an adult face and blonde hair.

Should be the lady right to the dads left with blond hair. How which one of the two he's going to jerk off to later... yes?

A (somewhat wrong) reference to another exurb1a video on philosophy, found here with relevant timestamp. While Gilbert Gottfried is brought up in that section, the joke I was making should have ended in Emma Stone instead.

As for who he is, he's a comedian with a very specific voice, and voiced Iago in Disney's Alladin if you've seen it. He got a bit canceled for making jokes that iirc at least bordered on racist to the Japanese shortly after a disaster of theirs, and lost his role as the voice of the Aflac duck.

Oh, I forgot he passed... hmmm.

They have those too. Gyaru and manba gyaru, to name a few.

They're in a lawsuit with slack about monopoly. They can't sell it bundled with 365 in the EU anymore, and they appear to be planning to separate it Globally. That's the most generous reading, but Microsoft forces annoying changes all the time, so it may just be Microsoft being Microsoft. Also new teams installs very differently than teams, especially if using virtual desktops with either nonpersistent machines and/or using FSLogix, which is irritating from a support perspective. Imagine having to reinstall teams every time you reboot (there are ways around it, but we had to track them down unexpectedly and our client wasn't happy).

I thought the theory was we're from both? We got the sex desire from bonobos and the aggression from chimps? I'm not well versed so I admit I could be very wrong
