While some doctors can obviously be problematic, the bigger issue is really the insurance companies and medical gouging from Pharmaceutical companies much more than doctors. I would personally like single payer that also makes sure to pay properly for procedures, rather than it going to companies charging ridiculous markups on meds.

I knew there was some connection between em but wasn't sure if it was by the same people, or based on it like Robotech, or a knockoff, so I just left it out. Thanks for clarifying.

Gundam, Evangelion, Transformers, Macross, Aldnoah Zero, etc etc. There are some more nonjapanese examples but I didn't see much of those myself. I think MegasXLR or something was one? Live action of course I've seen much less of.

Mech Warrior of course bucks the trend. There are several game series I failed to mention beside Mechwarrior as well. Battletech iirc also uses Mech.

Pretty sure that was Alex Jones; here's a reddit thread(sorry) with him trying to make excuses:

It's not octopuses that octopodes corrects, it's octopi. Octopi is a Latin pluralization, and since the word is Greek and us to i isn't specifically American, I agree with you that octopuses is fine but not that octopi is fine.

... as opposed to American Spyware? I'm no fan of any governments, including both Chinese and American (not fully anti government, just think all need drastic improvments) but while I understand calling it Spyware, the focus on Chinese feels a bit sinophobic. Facebook does bad spying work too, plus has run experiments on users live. Cambridge Analytica stole info for political means as well. Google, ISPs, and many other info sites collect and sell info on you, and many of them will submit info to governments when requested. X/Twitter is run by an egotistical MAGA idiot who is blocking stuff he doesn't like but allowing Nazis to be broadcast to everyone.

They should all be considered similarly problematic.

They may have meant it maliciously, but I took it more as just pointing out the group of people most likely to get it. Older millennials like myself get it too, as I'm sure some genz and gena get also, but due to the song coming out when I was 2, I'd expect genx in general to be more familiar.

Don't think he was quite a conspiracy theorist, though I do think he was raised on John Birch Society stuff, but a previous coworker, catholic, told me people shouldn't even be punished for animal abus3 because animals don't have souls.

Christians literally believe the statements in genesis to mean they are just shy of God themselves, and all other living beings are inferior, without God's protection. In several cases, they include nonwhite racses in this list of inferior as well. Man is to rule over them or whatever.

Anime has varied styles just like western animation does. A comedy show won't use that style as the lead of a comedy show, unless mocking that style like Metalocalypse or something. Homer would probably look like a character from Crayon Shin Chan or Genma from Ranma 1/2 or something.

This is like saying if Homer was in a comic and choosing a gritty marvel look instead of newspaper comics.

So, as a tech I'm not sure we should actually be complaining about that. In searches, ai prompts, issue descriptions, and even driving, being friendly or polite is not very useful. Being specific, to the point, and accurate is far more useful. Predictable in many of this stuff too.

Get an error message? I want the specific error message, down to the spelling. No need to sugar coat, euphemisms, or a more humanized description of the issue. So being very specific and sounding "rude" might be much easier for an AI to process. It doesn't have to try to figure out what you really mean from context clues, body language, or deduction. Just tell it exactly what you want in the most direct way that cannot be misunderstood.

More than anything, Trump’s allies believed that the president’s stubborn Irish ego wouldn’t let him back out of a fight with a man he despised.

Every fucking thing is about race to them. They developed strategies based on stereotypes.
