I remember how excited I was when I finally got an invite code. Now happily gmail-free for 2 years.

Google Maps and YouTube I can’t avoid but otherwise ungoogling successfully.

Seems like a headline out of 2008 🤔

Rhino for CAD.

However, I have been using OpenSCAD for parametric design more than the Grasshopper extension.

Thankfully, skipped ArcGIS entirely for QGIS and Python GDAL wrappers.

Love it!

Cycled a bit in Paris last year and it was nice. Infra is still getting there but drivers are better than here in NL!

They are succeeding!

I’ve used Linux for years, certainly for all servers, but preferred the Windows desktop environment until last year.

So many shitty, slow updates. Hassle me to give MS my data or switch to Edge half the times I boot up…

I have fully embraced Gnome Shell and love my Debian setup. Feels great to be in control again!

Also, baseline CPU load is way lower and it’s much more rare to have my fans throttle up.

In my city the train, metro and trams all ride on steel.

My commute is on steel wheels (train).

In my city, personal/community gardens are a haven for bees and insects. However, there is a lot to be gained with scale if done responsibly.

There are some great suggestions here but I wouldn’t sweat it too much, this looks pretty average for 20 yo.

I can recommend trying different layouts from time to time. You can always change it back and it helps keep things fresh (also mentally).

If you want a step up in responsibility then get an easy plant that’s suited for the light from the window.

Fair on the weight!

Still, I have to say that bike commuting regularly is definitely above average. Maybe you’re not living in the most representative area?

I have family that certainly only walk a few hundred meters a day.
