Especially at this time of year when people with financial struggles are panicking about what they can get their children for Christmas. It would have been a great gesture to admit they have all they need and they were going to donate this to an underprivileged family.

The smug is strong in this woman.

Honestly, at that age, I would have come home every weekend too if my mom bought me whatever I wanted all the time.

Definitely go back in the late fall or winter because the experience is so much more enjoyable. They have heat in there but it is so large that it still remains drafty and cool. My daughter almost passed out from the heat as well so we're waiting a bit.

The massive one that was in a factory? I love that one so much. It's insane. Was it super hot inside? I try to avoid it in summer because of how hot it gets in there, but I'm itching to go back again.

Once Birdie sports them, it is a sign that they are on the way out. Fashion forward she is not.

Unfortunately that is like cheater 101, when questioned about the other women they often will make negative comments about their looks in order to deflect and convince their partner or friends that they aren't interested in them.

For someone who has never travelled outside of Canada and the US (besides Iceland) this was not a good choice for her. Even very experienced travellers avoid and/or take extra precautions when it comes to countries under travel warnings. I feel like this experience is just going to make her not want to travel outside her comfort zone even more which is too bad because she has the money to do some incredible travelling if she wants. This whole situation just highlights her ignorance, entitledness and sense of being untouchable.

More like 4 because she probably could live with Nana K if she wanted, and they have that apartment in the basement of her own house.

I totally agree. If she really wanted the experience of living separately they could have converted the basement apartment for her. Taking public transit at ungodly hours is part of going to university, and would have been doable. It really showcases how much they don't have to worry about money, otherwise M probably would have chosen one of her multiple living options to avoid accumulating even more debt. I absolutely would have if I had gone to school in the same city as my parents instead of having to pay off all my student loans until I was almost 40. There are a lot of kids who have to delay going to school this year because they can't afford the living accommodations on top of school tuition.

Edit to add: I was paying back that many years for a degree that I didn't even finish. Talk about wasted money.

Honestly, the management team is probably the one buying them.
