Mine are staying delete now after initially a few popping back up. What’s more concerning is that I requested my data a few weeks after I deleted my content. I was fully expecting to get empty files but nope ALL of my content. Dating back 10 years is still there! It’s not on my Reddit profile but they clearly kept it somewhere and can recall it whenever they want to. They do not delete the data.

I don’t think it’s free loading. The deal is (was?) per stream. It’s none of their business who is watching and where when they structure the plans like that. I definitely will not ask for permission to watch when traveling. My location is not something they need to be concerned with. Hence I left Netflix. I’ll buy a month in fall to catch up and that’s it.

I would think 6 million new subscribers is a bunch of people who haven’t noticed. And that’s really low then.

They have restarted a lot of cancelled subscriptions I hear. Even people just opening the app re-starts it. That’s one way to get 6 million new subscribers and a fancy headline in the news.

I am not buying it. I have cancel our subscription and never share my password before. So have many that I know. I haven’t heard from a single person who told me they are a new subscriber because they can’t share password any longer. They just stop watching. However, I hear a lot of people upset about the approach and cancelled where before they just were too lazy to cancel (that includes me).

Ah it’s a tight race with the Twitter blue check mark

To add: it’s a very good comment though. We should think about this and the value of what we make even when it’s early and not perfect. The progression is important.

Well that’s true but I feel like if it’s an item I use a lot it should be revisited and fixed. I didn’t really improve on it (like replace a dinged rivet). I actually repaired it to give it a longer life: I fixed an open seam, I turned around the buckle because it was holding but really not as it’s intended. I refinished the edges before they get too awful. And I am adding a crossbody strap to make it more versatile. I think that’s why I started out with naming the topic “repair”.

My first bag is totally fine as is. It’s far from perfect but I didn’t make structural mistakes so I won’t touch it. Just because of that “see how far I have come” sentiment.

However another example would be if the design or maybe colour choice of thread or hardware doesn’t allow me to use it much, I would go back as well. It’s no good if you don’t use it. At least that’s how I operate. I make mostly handbags lately and I really think hard about the design of a bag before I make it. I am not a collector of handbags on the shelf. I want to use them.

I am not a chemist! So I don’t think I can help you with the details here. I don’t know your glue but I know that there is a thinner for Barge. link maybe you can compare ingredients of the glue with yours and see what’s in the thinner?!
