I wonder what the big drop in Windows and big rise in Unknown for awhile was

They are two totally different colors 😅

My kid has gone through a pile of fire 7 and 8 tablets at this point, Plex works great with them after locking down all the Amazon crap possible with parental controls.

Usually end up breaking a screen eventually, some of the older Fire 7s had non-stop wifi issues but the current gen seems to holding up okay. Their cheap on sale so I don’t feel bad when they get busted lol

At least Lemmy has gotten a lot more stable in the past few weeks too

Best Lemmy mobile app so far, just need admin and mod features added and I won’t need to open Safari anymore for Lemmy 😆

I haven’t used gmail in years, but I switched my domain email from O365 to iCloud about a year ago to save a few dollars a month (already have iCloud+ 200gb). Pretty much just works how I expect email to, haven’t had any issues. I used Apple Mail already on my devices so same UI and everything for me.

Server pulls around 150W with drives spun down, over 200 with all 6 spinning. UPS with all the networking equipment, server, desktop, raspi and apple tv usually hovers around 200-400W depending whether the gaming PC is on.

My last month power consumption was 151.76kWh for the UPS or around $29/mo in electricity.

edit: server is an old Dell R710 w/ dual X5675’s, 128gb of ram, GT730 for transcoding, 6x4TB 3.5” SAS drives for the array, and a 500gb SSD for cache running Unraid.

Hot subscribed is my default but I cycle through all the different sort settings. Thanks to lemmycommunityseeder I have a All feed that’s populated like a bigger instance on my personal instance

This is so cute, might order one for my bag 😍

I miss the pink lizard milk

Install docker for windows containers and play around and see what you can get running? I ran pretty much all the same containers as I do on linux when I was using windows server. 1GB of RAM is going to be the big limiting factor.
