My experience with this was event horizon, "where we're going, you won't need eyes to see". Man, I didn't sleep right for months. No horror movie has scared me as much as that one
I'm no expert but it's probably the other way around. Ninja Gaiden was seen as the hardest quick twitch action game well before Dark Souls ever came out. It's a great game if you haven't played it though I can't speak for the sequels
