But then it wouldn't be funny. I don't think this is meant to be taken too literally.

Badly. And I don't look at news at all. I'm constantly back and forth ignoring it and wanting to do something. On one hand it's a war on the other side if the world, it doesn't directly impact me. On the other my government are actively involved and it's 2025, everyone is connected. I think maybe I can just donate, but that's a massive rabbit hole because apparently aid isn't getting through, and all the usual questions about charities and where my money is going. Then I think I'll give directly to families through GoFundMe or something, then I think how do I know they're real and not rich con artists sat in America or somewhere. Then I get overwhelmed and ignore it all. Then my goverment does something stupid again and the cycle begins again.
If you're genuinely interested then fair enough. Just saying it's not the only option, as a lot of people seem to think these days, and for personal projects I think it's bonkers.
Looks to me like they go in unneccesarily heavy handed to begin with too.
Not condoning anything the guy in blue does, but he's facing a ticket machine and is grabbed by 3 cops and has his neck shoved down.
Don't use kubernetes.
I've had a Polar Pace Pro for 2 years now, pretty happy with it in general though it does have a few minor flaws. In relation to what you're after:
- It's fairly robust, I've managed to scratch the screen a little recently, but I have whacked it a fair few times.
- Heart rate is pretty accurate, though sometimes it doesn't detect properly during a workout and shows 80odd when I know that's not true. Needs a twist or tightening then shows correctly, but can be annoying.
- Sleep analysis is good. It's helped me realise how much even 1 drink hinders sleep. HRV, heart rate, breathing rate etc.
- I charge about once a week with 3/4 workouts.
- No drinking tracker that I'm aware of, but you could set alarms up.
- Pedometer seems good, though doesn't cancel during a workout, so after a cycle it tells me I've done 20k steps.
I had a Garmin before too and I'm happy with the switch.
Unfortunately it's how every big team operates now.
My partners car has keyless and I hate it. Every time I get in the key falls out my pocket and ends up under the seat, or I throw it in some cubby hole and can never remember which one.
"Can you come closer to the car, it still won't let me in"
Then there's the time I dropped her off in the car, she left with the key but it still let me drive away. Good job I didn't pop into any shop on the way home.
I genuinely can't figure this out. I found an iPhone label with 1000x, which seems obvious. So what the hell is XY00? Everything else in the image is an example value.
Edit: right reading through this thread it seems its 100x the value, so XY represents a number, e.g. 15, then it would be 1500 cycles. The iPhone label I found must be from an earlier test or something. I like the rest but this seems unclear.
I'd rather see the drivers do 78 laps of the swimming pool
Cross posted from here where it's discussed that this is mostly untrue. https://feddit.uk/post/33710607
