it isn't lazy. Ebikes are just enough faster that you can get someplace in a reasonable amount of time. Sure you can ride a regular bike but that is speed loss makes a difference to the clock.

they are too small in general. They can't pay to attract someone who might be willing but isn't passonate. so often what is left is busybodies who are passonate and you let them do whatever as it is better than doing it yourself - you have other things todo with your time.

for fission, nothing in the atmosphere is fissable and so it can't. Fusion would be possible but that starts spontaniously via pressure.

at least that is how I read wikipedia, I await a real phyiscist to tell me how close I am.

One place where as a 'right wing' (whatever that means) person opposes my peers and I find most who oppose me on everything else still oppose me. does anyone have any ideals or is it all populism without thought? for that matter are their any christians around who care about the poor?

Not in the suburbs near me - they are all new suburbs build in the last 3-10 years though. (3 years is important as sidewalks are built last so until the houses are all done the sidewalks don't connect). Older suburbs though, rarely have sidewalks.

Often the car is the one their parents used to drive, but the parents upgrade and the kid gets the old one. Technically it could be sold, but nobody considers that money, while the ebike is bought new (not many ebikes on the used market yet) and thus does cost real money. Nobody considers the cost of insurance or gas for the car too even though parents pay that and complain about it (do not confuse complain/talk with considering)

Yes they were. It wasn't right then, and it isn't right now.

Suburbs have great pedestrian paths - if your only goal is to exercise. Those paths don't go anywhere, but living in the suburbs I many people using them for exercise.
