Minimum wage is meaningless. Sure it is low, but it is a minimum not a maximum. Labor obeys supply and demand laws, which is why you can't find a job around me for less than twice minimum wage even though it is allowed.

Tipping works for servers because you as the customer has good insight into how good the service you got was. Customers need to tip poorly when the waiter is bad for this to work.
Tipping for delivery is unethical - the only way a driver can give you better service is if they break driving laws , so your tip is incentive to commit a crime.
Location matters. Cheyenne with a population of 65,132 is large enough to expect good medical care (though I didn't look this up - you should!), and is only a few hours drive from Denver. It is also small enough that you can live practically in the city while also being in the rural exurbs. Something like this may be a good compromise depending on exactly why you want live in a rural area and what you want. There are other "cities" with good enough medical care available (and don't forget to look just across the border at other states). Maybe you can find a best of both worlds situation.
That said, you should be thinking about what next. Because at your age things can go downhill fast. You need to have good long term care for a nursing home (make sure it is good - you don't want to be in a nursing home that stinks like a sewer system so don't buy on cost). Make sure you have a plan on how and where you will move "back" when/if life forces it on you.
Remember farming/ranching is dangerous. Make sure you understand all the safety processes and don't cut corners. You are doing this as a hobby so feel free to lose money or hire out things.
That said, staying active in old age is your best way to get and stay health such that you can do those things. Those who sit around on the couch after retiring tend to die quick. My great-uncle ran his North Dakota ranch until 95 and only stopped because he couldn't care for his wife's Alzheimer's and run the ranch, I believe the activity is part of why he lived so long.
The question is invalid!
Write the code that makes sense for your problem. This is not religion where choosing the wrong thing can land you in hell for eternity or whatever it is your gods will do if they don't like you. You should be mixing OO, functional, and procedural code all the time as each does some things well and some things poorly. Of course don't create a mess by the mix, but good code has a need for all 3 styles. (IIRC there are more styles the good code needs, but I can't think of what it might be at the moment)
That is why I have a PHEV. I have a place to charge at home (unlike you), and on longer trips gas is still everywhere.
I use my ebike to get to work, but most places in the city are not a reasonable time via ebike so I have a truck that I use once/month when my wife is using the car (some of those trips need a truck).
It's one of the cheapest ways you can help your ~~most vulnerable~~ people while fighting climate change.
Corrected that. So long as we think of, or even imply, that transit is for the poor only we will never fix things.
The other mistake people commonly making around transit is thinking it is for getting to work at your 9-5 job downtown. If you don't work downtown, or work odd shifts downtown, are going shopping/to eat/church/the ball game... - you should be driving a car like "normal people" (not walking or riding a bike either).
We need to change how transit is viewed, both by society and by those in power in transit. Transit should be able to cover the vast majority of trips in any city. However most transit is setup for people going to work and isn't useful for other trips. Things are a little better in Europe or Asia, but they have plenty of problems too and should working fixing their issues not making themselves feel good because at least they are better than North America.
I melted metal for my kids' cars. It isn't hard to find a low melting point allow that is safe as well (well as safe as a low melting temperature alloy can be...)
Anther gadgetbahn. Just use the simple common bus, it can do everything this can at lower cost.
Trams have advantages over buses in very busy situations, but that means you are not running a single car.
Versital perhaps but overrated since there are plenty of other chemical mixtures out there and a different one is usually better.
it is possible for two opposing sides to be evil. If one evil is oppressing you that is the one you fight against but that doesn't mean you support the other. It is even possible for the worse evil to not oppress you as much.
I'm referring to the US, not Isreal. AFAIK the US only hit nuclear facilities, and anyone who would have died there was thus working in a nuclear facility.
Though Iran has been bombing Isreal residential areas for a long time - not directly, but they have been funding all the groups who have been sending bombs, morters, and everything else. Iran just deserves a share of the blame for Gaza genocide as if they were not enabling the attacks, Isreal would not be as interested in such attacks. (how much is not knowable, but there is a share for sure)
Because it is expected and so not tipping is ripping someone else off.
