The theme of G20 has been depicted in the design of the working space too, with working zones linearly divided into segments named after Indian rivers -- Ganga, Yamuna, Brahmaputra, Krishna and Godavari on the ground floor and Narmada, Indus and Kaveri on the first floor.

So he literally means a table (or maybe "floor"?), presumably.

It's kind of amazing only three people have died in actual outer space. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_spaceflight-related_accidents_and_incidents

I'll point out, more people died in the US space program than the Soviet one.
