This is true, I heard reports of people being stuck on the Metro which, whilst being pretty shit at least the doors can be opened manually and then walk either to the nearest station or an emergency exit.
Being stuck in a lift however, fuck that noise
It was only on Monday, you'd still be without power if it was for a week
