I have never, ever had an HDMI cord, or a VGA cord for that matter, disconnect unintentionally. I haven’t turned those screws in years.

If you’re close enough to the impact to see the mushroom cloud, the only choice you get is if you want to die instantly or after a week or so.
(Not a physicist or a physician.)
its fantastic for development, but start a few android emulators and docker containers and I can easily run out of RAM
As I said, that’s not the regular use case for most people.

This is my to do list.
It’s where I keep track of all the things I’m not doing.
In my school in Germany, all computers were always set up in a way such that the teacher could look at any screen immediately. If a minor accesses a porn site, they’ll tell you by giggling, so what’s the need for filtering, anyway?
I knew this comment would be coming. I’d say that someone who doesn’t know what RAM is casually browses the web or uses office apps. These use cases don’t require 8GB, even on Windows.
Not everyone has a level of tech literacy you might wish for. People assume that Apple has good-quality products (which they do, I’m told) and buy them without doing research. Since you cannot expect everyone to be an expert in every product they buy, it’s reasonable to expect – well, at least wish for – Apple to not sell products that will be dated in 3 years.
@Instantnudeln taggt all sein*e Bilder. Ist vielleicht aber auch Schleichwerbung. Ich hab jetzt echt Hunger auf Yum-Yum.
He also said he’s the son of God. If you say that today in the right place, you’ll still die for it.
Second-hand physical books often cost 3,01€, where 3,00€ are shipping. That’s no match for digitals. Also I hate handheld devices that can’t take a beating (looking at you, smartphone). I’m clumsy. I drop things. Books survive that. E-readers… I don’t wanna test.
Also, for whatever reason, I read physical books more carefully than text on screen.
Why only fast food workers?
Soo… since OP is a jackass, here’s the link: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/news/10697529/Prisoners-could-serve-1000-year-sentence-in-eight-hours.html
The gist (emphasis mine):
I can’t fathom why this is report-worthy. Was April 2014 such a boring month?
