Is there a hidden tool for that?

Microwave ovens are enclosed in a cage designed to stop the particular wavelength of radiation they emit. I suspect this has been confused with a Faraday cage.
If you made a stupid enough looking mod to your Toyota, I guarantee someone would post a picture of it on Lemmy
Well I wasn't talking about the sum of past influences that have shaped what it is, but the ongoing shaping. Of course it's arguable and hard to measure, but the influence of new technologies, how they are marketed and fit into people's lives, and of popular culture and media is making huge changes to our culture.
Also, we're living in kind of an unprecedented part of history that enables is to be independent of other people in ways never before possible. So that gives people a very distorted sense of that, a lack of any notion of the importance of community. And of course this "independence" is achieved by a complete dependence on this huge ubiquitous economic machine.
Corporate action is a more significant upstream to culture these days than state.
You can only focus your eyes on one window at a time. Alt-tab swapping between windows covers the vast majority of my use cases. Arranging windows next to each other to view them at the same time is a waste of time, other than a few rare use cases for me. What would be an improvement would be better ways to manage sets of windows to alt-tab through.
I'm pretty sure they were domesticated from something (a South Asian jungle fowl, I believe) to the extent that they are no longer even the same species. So any "wild" chickens would just be feral escapees.
Cool, thanks! I'd love to see this format with pets and livestock broken down.
This is good, but presenting the blobs as such different shapes makes it harder to get a sense of relative size. (Obviously some of the differences are huge enough it doesn't matter, but comparing humans and cattle say.)
And which blob is chickens? I guess chickens are so much smaller and lighter than other domestic animals they don't show very big here.
It seems to me it would block boats, but I assume it has more effects than I understand. The article quotes a letter from a top Mexican diplomat saying
“We write to express our profound alarm over border policies instituted by Texas Governor Greg Abbott that are putting asylum-seekers at serious risk of injury and death, interfering with federal immigration enforcement, infringing on private property rights, and violating U.S. treaty commitments with Mexico.”
So I assume it really does present a danger.
I built my own distro by typing in the machine code in hex from a magazine.
