It really annoys me that they make you enter the final word. The final word is already there, once you are one letter away it should be considered done.

Grain can definitely be a vector. So anything grain-based that people might be prone to undercook could be suspect. Unless they are pasteurized or something before packaging. No idea if that's the case or not with meat substitutes.
