I purchased a grey sheath for my 15 Pro Max, and it came defective.
I emailed customer service about this and they agreed to replace it on November 1st. It has now been 26 days, and I haven’t received a replacement. I have been mislead to believe it would be shipped “this week”, then in “three days” and finally in “five to seven days”. Each time, they failed to ship the replacement.
Instead of replacing my order, they have been shipping new orders and not mine. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with such poor customer service in my life. It shouldn’t take a month for a company to make their mistake right, or at least be honest about it. I’ve been lied to for the last month.
I will never reorder a case from Caudabe again. If I knew what I know now, I would’ve never supported this company.
