What did i just read ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

He is part of the far-right pipeline, he is a "self-help" guru that specifically targets lonely young white americans.

Many of the things he says are normal self-help stuff like improving ourselves but the thing is that between these messages he sprinkles nazi apologia, white supremacism, misogyny, etc.. There are many videos out there debunking him if you want specific examples, but to boil it down he is a "pseudo-intellectual andrew tate". His message is the same but he uses pedantic words and dances around a lot.

Also some funny lore about him that should discredit a lot of what he preaches: he practices a "meat-only" diet, struggles with addiction to benzos, once debated zizek about marxism (a topic he constantly mentions mind you) and confessed that he only has read the communist manifesto, he is weirdly obsessed with the cold war so much that he hoards soviet art and named his daughter after Gorbachev.

Instead of doing something about it he resorts to tweet about it ๐Ÿ˜

It's already at that point. I've seen way too many homes with the Blink cameras everywhere.

also isn't it weird how communism is to blame for every problem in this society created by a hegemonic capitalist system?

It's "fallout in space" but without the stuff that makes fallout good.

Jfc that sounds horrible, what social isolation + mass media caused paranoia does to a mfer.

Interesting in-depth read on stock buybacks and the main perpetrators (Apple is #1 of course). Stock buybacks are corporate corruption, where senior executives cash in the profits of the company by getting paid in stocks and then colluding to use the company profits to buy stocks (thus artificially inflating the value of stocks) and then dumping them. Literally a pump and dump scheme.

When someone mentions that there is no corruption in the private sector, send them this article.

running arch just bought a amd gpu (been using apu only) like do i just put that thing in my motherboard and that's it?

my last pc upgrade was a brand new cpu+m.2 ssd so i had to do a lot of stuff after installing them.

This is something that i've noticed in my job as an industrial farmer.

When growing chickpeas we use an special implement to cut the chickpea plant at a certain stage of growth to accelerate the drying process. By doing this you stop the natural cycle of the plant and thus the grain does not develop as much as it would by just letting it complete it's cycle. But the grain dries much faster and is ready to be harvested earlier.

So why do we do this? It's because the grain prices are better the sooner you harvest, so you make more profit by using more fuel to cut the plant and losing production. So every grower is racing others to harvest as soon as possible (some even start planting much earlier than the ideal date) and losing a lot of actual grain production by doing so.

So in summary; we use an extra implement, use extra fuel (imagine the amount of fuel used in tens of thousands of hectares...) AND get less yields because the market incentivizes us to do it.

EDIT: Forgot to say that by not accelerating the harvest process, you risk that grain buyers bins reach their max capacity and no one buys your grain!

Any tips for hosting a blog? i recently read this speech by deng about the pen being a major tool for exercising leadership and i want to start writing my thoughts to practice and get better.

anyone has a keyboard with chinese localization? if so can i have any recommendations

Just a rant since i dont have anyone to talk abt this.

So i work in agriculture and inherited a warehouse that its a freaking chaos, full of rats, rusty tools, scrap metal, dirty buckets, broken pallets, sacks, etc... And i am completely overwhelmed, i dont know where to even start cleaning this shithole.

To start i want to deal with the oil mess, my ideas so far are to get a big container for used oil ( right now its all spread on dozens of buckets all around the place ), and transfer the oil to the big container ( how do i get rid of this..).

But then i am left with dozens of dirty greasy buckets so id have to clean each one with water and soap(?), but is it safe to throw the dirty water+soap+oil mix on dirt afterwards? If anyone has suggestions, im all ears.

Fucking hate the last generation obsession with hoarding.

Anyone want to share insight on Michael Hudson thought?

So far i've been reading Killing the Host and his podcasts with Radhika Desai on Multipolarista/Geopolital Report. I love his insights on how the financial system works and what has happened during the recurrent crises (also love Radhikas insights).

Of course all political parties are disgusting in liberal democracies but there are some that just are insane.

In Mexico it has to be PAN, they're your usual latin american conservative party. Elitists, very catholic, racists, malinchistas ( they hate mexico and its culture ). Right now they're going insane because a former secretary of national security was declared guilty off collaborating with drug cartels in a US jury ( they idolize the US so this is funny af )

This is a legit 'at this point i am to afraid to ask' irl question since i am 25. When using a shaving razor (like guillete) it's always a mess for me, it never cuts my beard on a single swipe i need several swipes, it takes a shit ton of time and it's so messy with shaving cream + picking up the hair is also a mess (it clogs our pipes). I've used an electric razor my entire life because it doesn't irritate my skin like a shaving razor does, the hair is easy to pick up and it's much faster but a downside is that it doesn't cut all the way + battery dies sometimes.
