It's on lemmygrad.ml, which is an entire server of marxist-leninists. But you can just subscribe to it on your current account. Search for it in the "communites" tab. Make sure to select "all" to see communities on other servers, not "local".

I've made a second account on my server that is just a dummy account which subscribes to everything I can find.
Actually thinking of maybe writing a script to check popular instances for new communities daily and having it automatically subscribe.

A few times I've had to click "pending" to cancel it, then try again. Usually worked second try.

It doesn't. Duplicate usernames aren't a problem if they're on different instances. There can be @joe@lemmy.ml and @joe@lemmy.world

It was fairly easy to host mine on Oracle, but no idea on Azure.
On iOS you can do similar.
