I don’t know, society might be better off with you doing science!

Seems like a total fluff piece for China, released exclusively in China, with a glowing interview in CCP mouthpiece Global Times being pretty much the only book review I can find. And what’s more, it’s getting blurb endorsements from Ctrip co-founder James Liang.

Has this book been reviewed elsewhere? And what’s happened to Kevin Kelly here?

Broad support from the major platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung).

Forwarded this to someone at Traeger. Will let you know if I hear back 🙂

In Schiphol Airport at least you keep your shoes on (not boots, shoes), and electronics can stay in your bag. The bag goes through a kind of MRI and that’s enough for them to see the difference vs older x-ray equipment. Pretty convenient

I distrust this type of article as China and Russia have lots to gain from trying to stirr up opposition or protests in Europe, especially on this topic of defense.

For those remarking “we all do”, DuPont has a large PFAS plant in the Netherlands. It’s now called Chemours and is located in the Rotterdam area (Dordrecht / Moerdijk). There, and in their supply chain PFOA’s have leaked into the environment, including in Helmond.

I’ve never seen the appeal. A simple smb share and Kodi work perfectly fine no?

The Zune was at-best an adequate copy of the iPod lacking a click wheel and having an awkward user interface.

I don’t agree, they’re mostly fine (Luckin better than Cotti), but Starbucks flavor is stronger and more “dark roast”. Also, their Shanghai coffee roasters facility is in a league of its own!

Having said that. China’s economy is not doing well and consumers are looking to cut back on expenses. I guess Luckin is the “good enough” option?

Dit is echt zo’n “je wordt oud…” momentje, als de stoptrein naar Roosendaal een museumstuk geworden is!
