Came out of beta today

Today a friend of mine made me realize that roundabouts have "perfect" road markings around them and i started wandering how a machine would go about making a circle without a compass-like system. So i tried google but every result led to either a janky home made compass or some sort of hand-drawing technique. I assume it should be possible to draw a circle knowing the radius in an analog system without a compass but i can't figure out how. Plus i don't know how the physical structure of a roundabout is made to be round and that is even weirder to think about.

TLDR: How are roundabouts and round road markings made?

I did play a lot a couple years ago completely f2p and in the late game the artifact farming gets really bad, to the point that you farm for weeks for one character. It's not necessary to clear the story (at least in the past) but in the late abyss is mandatory and it kills any will to try off-meta/more fun builds. Still a lot of fun if you play casually.

"Can't live without electricity"

Basically routing a pcb with extra dopamine

Italy: It's really hard to beat pizza, maybe a good lasagna or a "cacio e pepe" pasta depending on the mood.

I only recently started playing older titles with the original half life and i guess that put my bar for masterpiece a little too high. I still consider it a good game, probably i would have appreciated it more when it came out.

Yea that seems great

I played the original silent hill for the first time without knowing anything about the series and i think i am missing something.

The gameplay was obviously clunky but still enjoyable using savestates. My problem comes from the fact that it wasn't really scary (probably because i don't get scared easily) and from the story. When i reached the ending i was very interested in knowing what was going to happen, only to be faced with a basic bossfight without much information about the story (bad ending).

Then i checked the wiki and apparently there are multiple endings whose requirements are not explained in game (or at least it seems so).

Is it worth replaying the game using a guide to see the other endings or should i just watch them on YouTube?

And why is it considered a masterpiece?

The spoiler boss in dead cells.

The boss is not particularly hard but you can only face him after a full run on the max difficulty where you will likely use most of your very limited resources before the bossfight, meaning you can only take a couple hits (at best) before dying.

I've been discussing with my sister (a big fan of her cats) about what lives we would save in an emergency. I think a human live is worth more than an animal's no question asked but she thinks otherwhise. So to end this discussion I'm writing here.

  1. Who would you save between your cat and your worst enemy?
  2. What if it was between your cat and a stranger?
  3. Why?

Monster hunter world. I bought it to have a replacement for genshin and it worked a little too well. It just feels different from any other game for how many things it does so well: from enemies to armor design to music to mechanics to weapon variety, everything is amazing.
