I've set up Linux machines for a school that had ancient computers and $0 computer lab budget. Within 2 years, they purchased new Apple computers.

If you pack minimally and the houses are fully furnished, it's a great deal. Hiring cleaning staff for your last 2 days is much better than rent.

I like that the top comes off and becomes a bottle. I can't turn it on with my hand inside and cleaning is a lot easier.

I just bought a $16 personal blender from Walmart and I love it so far. I juice fruit and smoothies.

The random Exe downloads for Windows to update drivers kills me. Users are conditioned to accept it without complaint.

Liftoff stopped working for me two weeks ago. I had to download a new app to use Lemmy again. Still better than reddit.

Not necessarily Earth-like. A lunar or martian outpost would be enough. Enough water, food, and air for 50+ years.
