Yeah it is not dead and from now on it just need new 'adjustment' on GitHub

I was utorrent user and now utorrent feels bloated and I think I need to start move on. So, qbittorrent is the answer
it will be better if you start moving to third party repo because those old extensions will be unmaintained by tachiyomi dev

I think their strategy is fine to avoid any potential lawsuits like Paperback. But, their notice period is quite surprising.
