I now need a version of this where that last little smirk and head movement is where the datamosh starts.

that would require a level of self-reflection, long term memory, and humbleness that Trump supporters do not possess.

Two can play at that game: you can always see your nose. Always. Your brain just ignores it, but now you can't.

:^)

ahh, I never saw that one advertised myself, lucky me. The only Chromium fork with heavy sponsorship and clown-show-antics surrounding it I could think of was Brave.

Yeah I've heard all of that jazz, it was the stuff I quoted I'd not heard about.

that they heavily recommended a Chromium fork that turns out was maintained by a prepubescent boy hiding furry porn in the builds.

you know, I've heard a lot of shit about Brave, but I must've missed that one -- or is this another, different, heavily sponsored Chromium fork?

White House Communications Director Steven Cheung sounded off on Ocasio-Cortez in a statement to the Daily Beast.

“AOC likes to play pretend like she’s from the block, but in reality she’s just a sad, miserable blockhead who is trying to overcompensate for her lack of self-confidence that has followed her for her entire life,” he said. “Instead, she should get some serious help for her obvious and severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has rotted her pea-sized brain.”

the fact that the White House Communications Director has communication skills on par with a snotty middle schooler is really quite funny. I mean, they all do, but that the communications director sounds like this, you'd think it was an Onion article.

I can't believe we've done this, either.

I am absolutely positive that this is a direct result of Elon Musk's little bitch-fit earlier. He tried playing a card he didn't hold in his hands. He assumed he did, and then when his bitch-fit didn't get him anywhere the administration quietly decided to torch any and all evidence and just pretend it never happened. He played a card that Trump didn't want him to play, and so they took it straight out of his deck in the most blatant-to-anyone-with-two-brain-cells manner possible.

I thought, before this, that there was a slim possibility -- however slim -- that Trump merely associated with a child rapist, and Elon was simply pulling a(n admittedly half decent) plausible "gotcha" out of his ass. Now I know with certainty that Trump is a child rapist.

[with visibly bloodshot eyes] "Nah, man, I disagree with your definition there."

like I know it's a science meme but both the stoner and the linguistics guy inside me go "but wait, there's more..."

Pedophiles lives. Pedophiles lives will be destroyed. Or people happy to associate and socialize with pedophiles.

Truth told? I'm not gonna lose a wink of sleep over their lives being destroyed.

while I appreciate your effort, I do in fact remember a time when I was more naive and positive (~5+ years ago), and I also remember people being just as awful to me and to each other at that time, too; the only real difference being that I was frequently awful right back -- I just haven't got the energy for that anymore. If your point is that my attitude colors or affects my reality, that doesn't really hold water for me. the world around me hasn't changed that drastically in that time (if anything it's gotten slightly worse), I've just become more perceptive of it. And while sticking my head in the sand and pretending the world is a fine place full of fine people does sound like a wonderful delusion to entertain, it is just that. A delusion. While there are certainly some fine people in it, the vast majority of people are anywhere from unaware or indifferent, to actively making the world a worse place.
