What's been happening is that, when one big protest is over, they announce the date for the next one. So if you hear about a big protest that's just happened, look for social media posts about that protest that also list the date of the next protest. I'm not on reddit anymore, but imgur has been really good about that.
When you go to a local protest, ask where the organizers posted the information to, then check in there periodically. [You can also give them a phone number or email address, but I worry about how far that information will travel.] Or there are apps where you feed it a URL and it'll notify you if there are any changes to that page. Also ask if the protest is a one-off or recurring protest: my area has three different protests that happen every week, so they're not advertised as much as the one-offs.
Depending on your state, your state or regional 50501 subreddit may have info on upcoming protests, as might /r/protestfinderusa . There's also No Voice Unheard, No Act Too Small, and The Big List of Protests which is not as active as it was originally but still sometimes useful.
There's Indivisible which has many different types of events and is useful, though I feel they're a bit too close to the Democratic party for my tastes.
For days when you want to take action, hit up Five Calls, which gives you a list of upcoming items to talk with your Congresscritters about, and iirc also gives you their contact info. [Right now, calling is considered more effective than letters or emails.] I don't know what the current numbers are, but one reason the Congresscritters have been more responsive to right-wing issues is that (at least as of last year), for every "left-wing" phone call they got, they also got four "right-wing" calls. So even if you can't protest, make some calls!
And finally, while my preferred site has definitely changed over time, my current "most useful" site is this Google Doc sheet.
Again, not all the protests are listed everywhere, but hopefully this post can get you started!
Oh, and btw, it looks like the next "big" protest is September 1st, but attend any protests that you can. Big numbers are important - but so is local representation! We want people to know that the resistance isn't just in big cities or far away, it's local as well. We need people to know that there are resistors everywhere, and that they should consider joining us, or doing whatever small acts of resistance they're capable of.

To put into perspective how bad that jobs report is, you need to remember that January through July 2020 included three months of lockdown, shutdowns, and a worldwide pandemic.
I'm sure Susan Collins will be concerned and Lisa Murkowski will be disappointed that he didn't keep to some nebulous standard she expected and trump will have learned his lesson ....
Afaik, unless you have eye surgery, floaters are stuck in your eye forever, it's just that many eventually sink out of your field of vision. If you have large new floaters, especially if there are multiple new ones that appear suddenly, I'd recommend seeing an eye doctor - it's how I found out I'd torn my retina, which was at risk of detaching and possibly making me partially blind.

You don't have to do massive or big tournaments - go small instead! More fun and way less pressure. I've done a few ttrpg tournaments at GenCon and another few at my LFGS. My sister sometimes did small local puzzle tournaments like for KenKen and Sudoku.
