I’d take a pay cut for peace of mind, particularly after hearing about all the crap you’ve been through there. Working for a (hopefully) more professional and reputable org will likely mean better job security and advancement opportunities in future, too. Whatever you decide, good luck!

I got 8. It would be great if this stuff was taught in schools. I worked in a bank for a while, and as unpleasant as that was at least it made me learn about interest
It’s a bit hard to see, but there’s a very happy wattle bird eating nectar from the salvia outside my back door. Have been feeling very blah and burnt out lately, and the bird chatter is a nice distraction
