This reminds me of how it feels to have impossible expectations put on me. Professors expecting me to do homework when taking care of my basic/health needs (like sleep and cooking healthy food) felt like a conflicting expectation. Considering the option of neglecting my body to do homework felt similar to standing in a kitchen with multiple acquaintances telling me to put my hand on the hot stove.

Everyone knows that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. And we know that ME significantly affects the mitochondria. So by unofficially renaming it to Mitochondrial Energy (ME) disease, it helps unfamiliar readers to understand the primary mechanism at a glance, without having to research it more. Easier public understanding can lead to better public image and more donors.

Hello I'm thinking about how I can do the cool things my friends are doing (largely cosplay) withoutspendingg large amounts of limited resources on things I don't need. Like cosplay for me largely feels like it's about buying the right clothes and props, when there's probably more to it than having and wearing a costume that fits. Maybe I should try to socialize with tailors and makers instead of just sitting at home staring at my beautiful hoard of supplies?Like degrowth I want to interpret it as gaining skills while decreasing resource usage.
