Sliding or going out of bounds should have a hand signal (alien.top)
 

If a kick/punt returner is able to lift his hand to call a fair catch, QBs should be forced to show a hand signal to declare themselves “down.” Too many fakes going out of bounds or potential slides can hurt a defense.

They should change the holding penalty to 5 yards instead of 10. Maybe they’d be inclined to call more holds consistently. 10 yards is a huge penalty to recover from.

Contract, no. I think Jamarcus Russel takes that since they created rookie caps after that.

Worst trade. Definitely, 100%.
