That works too, I always liked the burst I got it was more like a cigarette with the gum versus the patch though which is more steady and consistent. Also it kind of feels like snus when I use it I put in my upper lip which I used to use a lot so I don't know, then therr are always those lozenges, I've never tried those but I know someone who switched to them basically, I don't know if they ever actually quit nicotine though but hey it's got to be healthier

Fair enough. I know you're not really supposed to drink with it in your mouth but you can kind of chew and park, put it between your gums. It's a little more active way of getting the nicotine and having that oral fixation placated vs the patch. I mean if the patch should work for you, heck, you do you, anything is better than OG cigarettes though
