I'm just arguing here - but dot matrix was mostly irrelevant at that point. Inkjet, bubblejet, and laser jet existed.

I can't stand helping windows users because of this. 5 or 6 full screen ads about making it the default browser or if I'd like to take my data with me.

I think there's only some instances you can legally do it in Canada. I think in the transportation and health care sector it's possible.
