I'd definitely believe the top two. My oldest sister seems to only date dudes that end up beating her, but my other sister has been put in the hospital by every woman she's dated. I know it's slim pickings, and rural Midwest lesbians have a lot to be mad about, but stop taking it out on each other! There are more deserving targets.
Outlook does too. Basically the only thing Microsoft has gotten right because it has saved me 100% of the times I forgot.
The science seems to indicate this has the potential to fix a lot of illnesses, but I am beyond skeptical of anyone claiming that it can cure mental illness. Especially something as complex as bipolar disorder.
"I'm not handy" always makes me mad. People call me handy because I do things others hire professionals for. But I'm not handy either. I don't enjoy doing these things, and I don't magically have the knowledge to do it. I look up tutorials or videos of how to do it and get my hands bruised or bloody. You don't need a character trait or label to accomplish these things, you just need to commit and accept that it won't be fun.
Okay but do I still get dice after the smoke? I'm willing to take the hit for a discount.
Incredible. Always good to hear some positivity in the news.
Thanks for hosting, I really appreciate it. Definitely a great introduction to the fediverse for someone who hadn't heard of it before.
I run one-shot games at conventions, mostly FATE and Dread. At the conventions I tend to join a lot of Mork Bork and Numenera games, although I've never GM'd them.
I also play in longer D&D campaigns with friends, but we've played other campaigns in Firefly (Cortex) and Star Trek Adventures.
FATE is my favorite for the flexibility. People tend to focus on making the story good as opposed to trying to work against the restraints of their character. Unfortunately most people in my friend group are Pathfinder/D&D focused, so we tend to go that direction.
Meanwhile I probably run No Thank You, Evil! the most lately, just because my household has become overrun with kids.
I recently received Triangle Agency, so I'm excited to try that.
I think most time machines are functionally teleporters as well, since they appear when and where you want. Being able to teleport into the oval office (and then back out) removes almost every barrier preventing them from doing something "which they could do right now".
Forget pondering your orb. It's time to contemplate the absurd.
Does anybody know when this was published? Best I could find was people calling it old 10 years ago.
