Betrifft das auch Banken wie Ing oder DKB und deren zum Teil kostenlose ETF Sparpläne? Vllt kennt sich ja jemand hier aus wie das im Hintergrund abgewickelt wird. Wäre halt schade für Sparer wenn sich das ändern sollte
Kann ich nur bestätigen. Man hat eine gewisse Lernkurve aber dafür lässt sich ein Großteil des Systems in git versionieren und jederzeit neu aufsetzen. Ich habe diese Woche testweise eine alte config geladen und konnte problemlos kompilieren. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit mit Mint, Arch, EndeavorOS, PopOS und Fedora gearbeitet. Nixos war das einzige BS das auf Anhieb lief. Selbst Sachen die zu viel gefrickel bei den anderen geführt hatten funktionierten einfach.
Ich kann ehrlichgesagt nicht nachvollziehen warum Nix vergleichsweise ein Nischendasein führt…

I understand it from a business perspective. They make the user more dependent and can earn more money. But the day you force me to store MY business data on some cloud servers which do not belong to me you lose me as a customer.

Proud owner of a Type-R with a stock pipe 😄 People are making fun of my „silent“ car because it isn’t nearly as loud as it looks. Especially in comparison to European cars which got pretty loud in the last couple of years.
The fun stops when the farting AWD Golf’s hit 250km/h and my electric car is still going strong 😂😂😂 Making noise just for the sake of it is stupid. Actually Honda is doing a pretty good job: The car is as loud as it has to be technically.
We have a wonderful word in German: „Verschlimmbessern“ that’s what a lot of tuners are doing to their cars.
