Partially because there's a court case, and partially because which musical acts play at a music festival are so far removed from the remit of the office of Prime Minister it's ridiculous he's commenting on it in the first place.

It's almost as if Russia is in the midst of a full scale war with conscription and economic sanctions imposed, requiring in-house manufacture of military equipment. Who would have thought that would mean the Russian war machine would be running hotter than the EUs?
